  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Gabriella's Jewels ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Gabriella's Jewels ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations.  Shipping via US Postal Service.  Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days plus 2 days for processing and handling.



  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Gabriella's Jewels reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Return Policy:

    All returns must be made within 15 days from the invoice date.

    This includes:

    • Defective Items, and non-defective items.
    • All defective and incorrect items will be exchanged or will be issued an in-house credit.
    • All non-defective items will receive an in-house credit with a 15% re-stocking fee.

    *All special order, sale, or PROMOTION (Promo code used)  items are final sales and cannot be returned.

    You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our Customer Service Department before returning any merchandise back to Gabriella's Jewels. Returns without a RA# will be refused receipt. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the returning package, or the package will not be accepted in receiving department. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
